charming getaway

quiet pool area friendly staff spacious room
The rooftop pool offered amazing views. I loved it. the staff were really friendly and helpful (especially luis!). my room was spacious and the pool area was quiet.

The location IS good, close to the beach and restaurants. The staff IS friendly and helpful, i appreciate it. My room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided.
The walls are thin and i could hear noise from other rooms. My room had little natural light. It felt somewhat dark. The breakfast lacked freshness, and i found some of the cakes quite dry.

mixed feelings about this place

small room unclean bathroom
the location proved acceptable for exploring nearby areas.
The room i had felt quite small compared to what i saw online. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. I noticed mold and marks particularly in the shower area. this affected my overall stay and comfort level, i was disappointed.

the staff where friendly, that was acceptable.
the room i had was smaller than i expected. the noise isolation was not good i could hear everything from other rooms. the bed was uncomfortable, it made it hard to sleep well.
